Summary:This article shows the results of the study called "Diagnosis to determine the postgraduate training needs of the Faculty of Administrative and Economic Sciences of the Francisco de Paula Santander Ocaña University", carried out by researchers from the GIDSE research group in the line of business pedagogy , whose purpose was to quantitatively determine the training needs at the graduate level, in an institution that seeks to improve and expand its academic offer. Methodologically, a descriptive study is chosen that uses quantitative methods, applying a questionnaire to graduates of the Business Administration and Public Accounting programs, Teachers of the Institution and leaders of companies in the region. The results obtained show that respondents are inclined first to receive training at the master's level in topics such as business management, administration and finance, secondly by levels of specialization and particularly towards programs such as senior management.
