description Abstract The aim of the study was to test the construct validity of work-family conflict scale. This research tested the construct validity of 18-items work-family conflict scale consists of three dimensions, Time-Based Conflict, Strain-Based Conflict, and Behavior-Based Conflict (Greenhaus & Beautell, 2015). 293 participants that was involved in this research consists of teachers of Al-Alzhar School in South Jakarta. Confirmatory factor analysis  was used in this research, using Lisrel 8.70 software. The result from confirmatory factor analysis showed that all dimensions of work-family conflict (Time-Based Conflict, Strain-Based Conflict, and Behavior-Based Conflict) need to be modified to get fit models of work-family conflict construct. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji validitas konstruk dari work-family conflict. Penelitian ini, menggunakan tiga dimensi konflik pekerjaan-keluarga dari Greenhaus & Beautell (1985) yaitu time-based conflict, strain-based conflict, dan behavior-based conflict yang berjumlah 18 item untuk di uji validitasnya. Sampel yang digunakan adalah guru sekolah Al-Azhar wilayah Jakarta Selatan sebanyak 293 orang. Metode analisis faktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) dengan menggunakan program lisrel 8.70. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan metode CFA dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua dimensi memerlukan modifikasi model pengukuran untuk dapat memperoleh nilai fit.
