Summary:The Evaluation of Industrial Practice Program at Study Program of Fashion - Department of In­dustrial Technology State University of Malang Based on CIPP Mo­del. The study aims to evaluate the Industrial Practice (PI) pro­gram and the obstacles that occurred during PI. The re­search uses a mixed approach/sequential mixed methods. The re­­sults show that: (1) PI program has been formulated and based on phi­lo­so­phi­cal, func­­­tional, cul­tural and introspective aspects; (2) PI program has been accomplished quitely good and very ef­fective reviewed from the aspects of inputs, processes, and outcomes, and (3) the fac­tors that has not been effective and become the obstacles are students’ competency, learning facilities and in­fra­structure, monitoring, students’ work pace, guidan­ce to mas­ter­ing tools/new technologies and materials used in industry, and the students’ performance evaluation given by the in­dus­try. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program Praktik Industri (PI) dan kendala yang terjadi. Penelitian ini meng­gunakan pendekatan campuran/mixed methods sekuensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Program PI telah di­rumuskan dan di­lan­da­si aspek filosofis, fungsional, kultural, dan introspektif; (2) program PI telah ter­lak­sana cukup bagus dan sangat efektif ditinjau dari aspek input, proses, dan  hasil; dan (3) faktor-faktor yang belum efektif dan menjadi kendala adalah kom­pe­ten­si mahasiswa, sa­ra­na dan pra­­sarana perkuliahan, mo­nitoring, kecepatan kerja maha­siswa, bim­bingan pe­­nguasaan alat/teknologi baru dan bahan produksi di in­dustri, ser­ta penilaian industri terhadap kinerja mahasiswa.
