Summary: | Invasive management of patients with ST- segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (ST-ACS) and non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS) is a priority and reflected in the current guidelines for management of this category of patients with a high evidence level (class I, level of evidence A). One of the limitations in invasive strategy is prior coronary artery bypass grafting in patients with multivessel artery coronary disease. This analytical review reflects modern ideas about the features of diagnosis and management of patients with acute coronary syndrome and previous coronary artery bypass surgery, approaches to revascularization from the standpoint of efficiency and safety. |
