Sekalipun buruh dan pengusaha saling membutuhkan, tetapi hubungan ketergantungan tersebut senantiasa berat sebelah. Minimnya akses terhadap kekuasaan telah menjadikan hukum tidak berpihak kepada buruh, karena sebagai produk politik, hukum tidak steril dan netral dari pergulatan kepentingan.</p> |
