| Summary: | The Present Research Was Conducted To Investigate The Relationship Between "Spiritual Leadership", "Spiritual Intelligence" With The Empowerment Of Female Teachers In The First Level of High School of District 2 of Ahvaz. The Research Method was Descriptive-Correlative. The Statistical Population of this Study Consisted All of Female Teachers In The First Level of High School of District 2 of Ahvaz (442 Females) Using Stratified Random Sampling That 206 of Them Were Selected. Three Questionnaires of " Fry Spiritual Leadership", " King Spiritual Intelligence", and " Spreitzer Empowerment" Were Used To Collect Data. In Order To Analyze The Data, Analysis of Variance, Pearson Correlation Were Used. The Findings Indicated That There was A Relationship Between Spiritual Leadership And Empowerment (P<0/05); Spiritual Intelligence was Associated With Empowerment (P<0/05); As Well As The Components of Spiritual Intelligence and Spiritual Leadership was Associated With Empowerment. Among Spiritual Intelligence Components, The Critical Thinking, Transcendental Consciousness,and Development of State And All of The Spiritual Leadership Components (Perspective Altruism, Faith, Meaningfulness, Membership, Commitment And Feedback),With A Significance Level of Less Than 0.05, Empowerment of Women Teachers were explained. Evaluation of Female Teachers From Spiritual Leadership, Spiritual Intelligence, And Empowerment Varies According To The Service Record, But The Female Teachers' Evaluation of The Research Variables was The Same According To The Educational Level. |
