Under modern political and legal conditions censorship and abuse of freedom of mass media, the isolation and extremism, bias and indifference to those events that occur in international system are equally dangerous and unacceptable. Emerging security threats of multimedia reality connected with the technical features of data transfer, and economic nature of social relations in a virtual environment. Mediaindustryandsustainable development of information infrastructure of civil society becomes prima priority for stateinformation security.
