Summary:Novel Preparation of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II) metal complexes was synthesized by the regular reflux method, and the nano-particles were prepared by using the thermal decomposition method. The synthesized ligand of 2,4-dichloro-6-((2-phenylhydrazono)methyl)phenol and metal complexes were confirmed by spectral instruments like FTIR, UV, NMR, and Mass spectroscopy. By using the TGA spectrum the stability of the metal complexes was characterized. The morphology of the metal oxide was done by SEM analysis. The antimicrobial activity was carried out with free ligand and metal complexes.
