| Summary: | Results of participation of the FGBI «ARRI АН» Reference Laboratory for Highly Dangerous Diseases in the XI International Proficiency Testing on African Swine Fever Diagnostics arranged by the European Union Reference Laboratory for ASF (URL-CISA-INIA, Madrid, Spain) are described in the paper. As part of the testing the infectious status of all coded samples was correctly determined. Testing results show that used in the Laboratory test-systems on the basis of ELISA and PCR have high sensitivity and specificity and provide highly reliable results during African swine fever diagnostic procedure. |
