| description | {AR} تقدم هذه الورقة نموذجا لخطة حفظ وإدارة المجموعات المتحفية تطبيقا علي المجموعة المتحفية لمتحف رأس الخيمة الوطني التابع لدائرة الآثار والمتاحف في إمارة رأس الخيمة. ليشمل ذلك مراحل التخطيط والتنفيذ لأعمال تطوير وإعادة تصميم مخزن المقتنيات الأثرية التابع للمتحف والواقع بميناء رأس الخيمة؛ واعتماد كافة السياسات والتدابير اللازمة لتنفيذ خطة الحفظ. وتطوير خطة الحفظ عبر تحويل المخزن لمركز بحثي متكامل يقوم بإدارة وتوثيق ودراسة وإعادة استخدام المجموعات المتحفية بما يحقق مُهمة إدارة المُتحف بتنفيذ أهدافها الاستيراتيجية لحماية وتطوير الموارد التراثية للإمارة، وإنشاء مخزن مركزي لدائرة الآثار والمتاحف برأس الخيمة. إذ تستهدف الخطة تطوير المخزن والموقع الحالي وتحويله لمركز لجمع وحفظ المقتنيات المتحفية من المخازن الفرعية المختلفة، وتحويله لمخزن رئيس ومركز متكامل لإدارة عمليات الحفظ، التوثيق، التداول، والدراسة للمقتنيات بما يخدم الأهداف المختلفة لدائرة رأس الخيمة والمتحف الوطني. وهي الأهداف التي تناقشها الدراسة. ومن ثم تقديمه كنموذج تطبيقي واقعي يمكن مشاركته كتجربة مع المؤسسات المتحفية ودوائر أو قطاعات إدارة مواقع التراث والأثار والمتاحف في الوطن العربي.
{EN}The paper presents a study case for preservation planning and the management of museum collection. The case is applied on the storehouse of Ras Al Khaimah Museum at Ras Al Khaimah Port. It includes the different stages and processes of planning and achieving the development and redesigning the archaeological storehouse. The processing to revise and approve all the requirements and needed policies to achieve the whole preservation and management plan. The development of the preservation and management plan to transfer the storehouse into a research center for the management, documentation, study and use of the stored collections, and the establishment of a central storehouse for the Ras Al Khaimah Archeological and Museum department. The plan aims to develop the storehouse by transferring its current site for a center for collecting and preserving museum collections that are distributed between several secondary storehouses. This comes to emphasis the goals of Ras Al Khaimah National Museum. |
