Nine specimens of metamict zircon from granite pegmatites of the district of Zambézia, Mozambique, have been analyzed by wet chemical methods and by X-ray fluorescence. The specimens, which are contaminated by xenotime, display low densities and a low degree of order with only a few of the strongest...
