Here, we describe a cutting-edge protocol wherein we combine Cellular Indexing of Transcriptomes and Epitopes by Sequencing (CITE-Seq), a technique utilizing antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs), with fluorescence-activated cell sorting to enrich rare cell populations.
