The health care system of any country has an imperative role in combating the disaster-related epidemics. In developing countries like India, where resources are limited, the public healthcare system plays a vital role against battling epidemics after a natural disaster, hence, preparedness of public health care system to combat epidemics after natural disasters is considered as a narrative review.
