| Summary: | The results of retrospective study of children with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA), torpid to standard antirheumatic therapy, treated with leflunomide (arava) as basis medication, are presented in this article. An effectiveness and safety of leflunomide in complex treatment of JRA was shown.
