description Trans Koetaradja had six corridors that traversed the city of Banda Aceh and parts of Aceh Besar Regency. The lack of public interest was attributed to factors such as accessibility and Minimum Service Standards (MSS) implemented at Trans Koetaradja stops, concerning security, safety, comfort, affordability, equality, and regularity, which were deemed suboptimal. The aim of this research was to analyze the suitability of the existing conditions of Trans Koetaradja stops and examine the dominant factors of accessibility and SPM that influenced user satisfaction with Trans Koetaradja. A quantitative research approach was used, employing data collection techniques through observation in the bus stops from corridor 1, corridor 2A, and corridor 5. The observation results indicated that the Trans Koetaradja stops were not fully compliant with the MSS. Furthermore, the PCA test results revealed that the factors that contributed to user satisfaction with Trans Koetaradja stops were security and regularity, distance and comfort, user convenience, time, cost, and affordability.
