Since the obstruction is unilateral, monthly periods continue and diagnosis can be delayed leading to complications with far-reaching effects. In this report, we describe the evaluation and successful management of one such case in a 13-year-old girl who reported with chronic pelvic pain and abdomino-pelvic mass. |
