Intensive preeclampsia therapy includes also correction of hypovolemia disorder, relieving peripheral arteriole spasm, control over protein and water-salt metabolisms, improvement of microcirculation and uterine blood circulation, renal blood flow, long term intravenous infusion of magnesium sulfate. |
