Studies on the immunoregulation and anti-tumor activity of polysaccharide from Arnebia root(紫草多糖的免疫调节和肿瘤抑制活性研究)
为研究紫草多糖在体外对小鼠脾淋巴细胞的免疫调节活性及对肿瘤细胞的细胞毒作用,本实验采用水提醇沉法,经脱蛋白、脱色、透析等方法提取紫草多糖,MTT法检测紫草多糖对淋巴细胞增殖及对HepG2、SPC-A-1肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用.实验结果显示:当质量浓度在121~364 µg • mL-1时,紫草多糖能显著的促进ConA刺激的T淋巴细胞增殖(P<0.01),对HepG2肿瘤细胞有显著杀伤作用(P<0.01),对SPC-A-1肿瘤细胞有明显的杀伤作用(P<0.05),且随着浓度的提高,增殖作用或抑制作用增强.在质量浓度为364 µg · mL-1时,对HepG2细胞的抑制作用明显高于对...
