Callus induction of three turf grass and analysis of their proteins after dehydration treatment(三种草坪草愈伤组织的诱导及其脱水处理后的蛋白分析)
研究了匍匐翦股颖、高羊茅和狗牙根3种草坪草愈伤组织诱导情况,愈伤组织诱导率分别为53.0 ± 8.7%、60.7±7.9%和14.7±4.0%,三者的愈伤组织含水量约为91.4 ± 0.3%、94.1 ± 0.4%和93.4 ± 0.2%.经空气干燥法脱水处理,两种冷季型草坪草匍匐翦股颖和高羊茅愈伤组织中18.5 kDa和28.7 kDa的热稳定蛋白表达量增加.暖季型草坪草狗牙根中18.5 kDa的热稳定蛋白表达量增加,而35 kDa的热稳定蛋白表达量明显减少.经脱水蛋白的Western Blot检测,脱水处理后3种草坪草中均有脱水蛋白大量积累,分子量从18.5到34.3 kDa不等.暖季型和...
