Increase of microhardness of spayed material was criterion of a amorphization degree. At research of influence of heating of particles various technological techniques of effective warming up as important condition of amorphization are analyzed. Influence on amorphization of thickness of plasma coatings and additional cooling of a substrate by a jet of compressed air are considered.
