Such a description gives a clear physical understanding of many features of the phenomenon. Influence of the cavity shape on the existence of this or another kind of the discharge is analyzed. A concept of a geometrical parameter of multipactor is introduced. This parameter is different for different kinds of MP and defines limits of its existence. |
