description Perceived organizational support and work stress effect employees’ view of organization and work. As employers demand high performance, employees demand support and suitable working conditions. Organizational identification, defined as psychological link between organization and employees, have been thought to be effected positively of provided organizational support and suitable work conditions and may be effective on performance. Because of this, effects of perceived organizational support and work stress on organizational identification are analyzed with structural equation modeling on 172 employees working in small enterprises operating in defense sector. As a result of this analysis it is determined that perceived organizational support and work stress effects significantly of organizational identification and organizational identification effects significantly both job performance and is assumed to have mediating role between perceived organizational support and job performance.
