Selfexpression through creativity in poetry is ef ective psychotherapeutic method that helps people throw out emotions or solve internal problems. Poetry is not only art to express their thoughts in poetic form, but also a spiritual work, a way to communicate through the monologue itself, creating something new still no one had seen. Poets no chance to express their emotions on paper, joy, pain, bright expression. After all, creativity is an essential feature of a full life and spiritual development, the need of which is the ability to imaginative thinking, feeling and understanding wealth words, the disclosure of the nature of the artistic image and symbolic phenomena, objects. Criteria in creative selfexpression through poetry manifested in high need of new impressions, inclinations guided more feelings than reason. Selfexpression is an easy way to live in harmony with their inner world and be happy. |
