| description | <p>A partir del análisis de la metodología de selección del material que se utiliza tanto para el diseño mecánico como para el de<br />herramientas, se da una metodología para el caso de aceros con temple y revenido, que tiene en cuenta la templabilidad del<br />mismo en combinación con la solicitación mecánica a la que se encuentra sometida la pieza. Se ilustra la metodología de<br />determinación del diámetro crítico del acero con los diagramas de templabilidad obtenidos por el ensayo Yominy y un<br />nomograma de templabilidad.</p><p><br />Palabras claves: Temple, revenido, selección de material , ensayo Yaming.</p><p>______________________________________________________________________</p><p>Abstract<br />Taking as reference a material selection methodology being used for mechanical design as well as tools design, a new<br />methodology is suggested for thermic treated steels , which takes into account the templing of the steels in combination with<br />the mechanical solicitation to which the piece has been summitted. It is also suggested a methodology for determining the<br />steel’s critical diameter with templing diagrams obtained through Yominy test and a templing nomogram.</p><p><br />Key words: Material select ion, test Yominy, templ ing.</p> |
