description | "The structures of three self-made rare earth-based cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber with narrow distribution were analyzed, and the relationships between cis-1,4-unit content and properties were studied. The results showed that the three samples had all narrow distribution (molecular weight distribution index ranged from 2.55 to 2.74), and the Mooney viscosity of raw rubber was in the range of 45±5, among which the higher cis-1,4-unit content was slightly higher. All of them had good scorching safety, similar curing rate and good combination with carbon black; good physical and mechanical properties, heat aging resistance, wear resistance and resilience. With increase of cis-1,4-unit content, the compression heat generation and rolling resistance of the polybutadiene rubber decreased, and the dyna-mic fatigue resistance decreased slightly.
