| description | The paper analyzes some methodological approaches to counter the influence of anti-Russian sanctions on dynamics of economic development of both Russia and the Arctic. The difficulty of import substitution programme implementation in the military-industrial complex has been shown. The directions of adjustment of the Arctic development state programme on the basis of regional comprehensive programmes of the RF Arctic zone subjects in order to ensure the vital activity of the population have been considered. The evaluation of the feasibility of large-scale investment projects in the conditions of action of anti-Russian sanctions including the field of extraction and transportation of energy resources has been fulfilled. Произведен анализ методологических подходов к организации противодействия влияния антироссийских санкций на динамику экономического развития Арктики и России в целом. Показана проблематичность реализации программы импортозамещения в оборонно-промышленном комплексе (ОПК). Рассмотрены направления корректировки Государственной программы развития Арктики на основе региональных комплексных программ субъектов РФ Арктической зоны в целях обеспечения жизнедеятельности населения и организации северного завоза. Выполнена оценка возможности реализации крупных инвестиционных проектов в условиях действия антироссийских санкций, в том числе в сфере добычи и транспортировки энергетических ресурсов |
