RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE BRIBERY: CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF LEGISLATIVE AMENDMENTS

The article is a critical analysis of legislative amendments to the norms of the current Russian Criminal Code, providing for responsibility for bribery, makes suggestions for their optimization in order to increasing the efficiency of counteraction to this corruption crimes
