The paper evaluates the efficiency of using the professional and teaching staff of the universities and practical healthcare workers in the educational and diagnostic-and-therapeutic process. Analysis of the activity of the University Clinic of Pediatrics and Childhood Infectious Diseases has demonstrated its high effectiveness. This makes it possible to set up similar structural entities on the base of the departments of medical universities and urban hospitals. |
