Summary:This article aims to analyze the relationship between the Supreme Federal Court and the media, and how the legal news of Supreme Federal Court Plenum is broadcast on TV Justiça, the commercial channels, and the new media. In addition, this study seeks to explore the influence of new media in the democratization of information on the judiciary. The methodological approach will be used the method of hypothetical deductive approach. Nevertheless, this paper aims to demonstrate how commercial channels incumbent to sensationalize the images of Supreme Federal Court Plenum with marketing and profit purposes.
