Lack of acceptance of the conditions and understanding the meanings of the problems that occur due to levels of spiritual intelligence. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of spiritual intelligence with anxiety retirement. This research is quantitative. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and using 64 civil servants as a subject. The result obtained from this study is that there is a significant negative correlation (r=-0,734 ; p/sig=0,000) between spiritual intelligence with anxiety retirement. |
