| Summary: | Two groups of patients with mental disorders in sections F2 according to ICD-10 (91 patients) and F4 (94 patients) were examined. The mean age of the patients was 36±7,6 years. A significantly higher percentage of secondary cardiomyopathy was in the patients with endogenous mental pathology - 51.2 % and in those with neurotic disorders - 37.7 % (pâ,01). It depended neither on the type and dynamics of the mental illness, but was more determined by its severityand in the case of endogenous mental illness - byits duration. |
