There is a special regional program «High quality medical care organization in Tomsk Region in 2007—2009». The most important measure of this program is «Stroke center» organization in Tomsk Regional Hospital.Preliminary analysis of special regional program «High quality medical care organization in Tomsk Region in 2007—2009» efficiency shows a significant improvement of all types medical care organization in patients with stroke. General rate of mortality in patients with stroke, ischemic stroke mortality rate and subarachnoid hemorrhage mortality rate has been decrease in «Stroke Center» for last three years.Analysis of indices «Stroke Center» activity allows to denote the nowadays problems and prospective of future improvement of medical care in patients with stroke have been revealed. |
