| Summary: | Summary: Ralstonia solanacearum invades plants through their roots and causes devastating bacterial diseases in multiple crops. Here, we present a versatile inoculation assay in Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings grown in sterile agar plates. We describe steps for plant preparation, bacterial inoculation, tissue sampling, and bacterial quantification.
