Summary:This study examines psychological tendencies in adults in terms of some variables. The study was conducted on 214 adults who are above 18 years old and continue their education at the programs of Continuous Education Centers of the universities located in Gaziantep Province. In the research a “Personal Information Form”, which covers demographic variables and “Eysenck Personality Inventory” which was developed by H.J.Eysenck and S.B.G. Eysenck to investigate psychological tendencies in 1964 where used as data collection tools. It was found that mean scores of the neuroticism sub-scale of Eysenck Personality Inventory differed significantly in terms of gender, age, profession, in come level, membership of a community, and being active in arts and sports. A statistically significant difference was detected between mean scores of the psychoticism sub-scale of the inventory in terms of age variable. Finally mean scores of the extraversion sub scale differed significantly in terms of marital status, residence, membership of a community, and being active in arts and sports
