Description
Summary:The paper presents the results of sociological studies on the diagnostics of corporate culture which have been carried out among educators and students of Kemerovo State University. The analysis reveals essential distinctions in the educators’ and students’ ideas about the university’s culture: students mainly characterize the existing culture as clan, and professors and the other staff – as bureaucratic. However, both those who train and those who are trained prefer to work and study in the conditions of family culture. In assessing the level of culture at the university, students are more favourable than educators.
