Summary:Nowadays, unemployment has known as a critical problem in various societies, especially among graduates of higher education system. This problem has been seen among agricultural graduates more that other disciplines. So, developing entrepreneurial abilities and competencies of agricultural engineers will be an important factor in their employment in future. The main purpose of this research is comparative assessment of affecting psychological traits on post graduate students of Ramin Agricultural and Natural Resources University (RANRU). The methodological approach was descriptive-survey. The statistical population consisted of 190 individuals of MSc students of (RANRU) of Khuzestan that 127 individuals of them using Takman table were selected as sample. Sampling method was proportional stratified random sampling technique from students of different disciplines. Research instrument was a questionnaire that its validity was proved on the basis of some faculty members' viewpoints with relevant specialties and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient that was in acceptable range. On the basis of research findings, among entrepreneurial psychological traits, two characteristics of risk taking and creativity were higher in female students in compare with male students. Also, there were no significant differences among agricultural engineering students on the basis of different disciplines, in all entrepreneurial psychological traits exception of internal locus. Finally, developing business skills and delivering entrepreneurship education courses to enhance students' entrepreneurial competencies and enriching the contents of these courses relating to different agricultural disciplines and the needs of market place through establishing entrepreneurship centers, incubators and science and technology parks are the suggestions of this research.
