health and work of employees in a radiological clinic that operates in the state of Piaui, based on the perception of its employees on the conditions and organization of work, social and professional
relationships, pleasure-suffering experiences and the physical, psychological and social problems at work. We conducted quantitative study, supported in Inventory of Work and Illness Risk (ITRA), validated by Mendes and Ferreira (2007). For data analysis, we performed a multivariate analysis, cluster, using the
Statistical Package for Social Sciences software (SPSS). With regard to the dynamic relationship between pleasure and suffering at work, the analysis concluded that the employees have more moderate experiences in this regard, then the predominance of pleasurable experiences of suffering. |
