| Summary: | One of leading aspects of modern surgery is development органосохраняющих technologies of surgical interventions. Besides very actual the economic aspect of new operations is represented. Modern криотехника allows to introduce in a clinical practice new methods of surgical treatment of diseases of the pancreas meeting practically all requirements of modern surgery and appropriating existing standards of treatment of diseases of a pancreas. The important advantage of offered operations is also decrease in probability of progress of heavy and dangerous postoperative complications, reduction of residence time of the patient in a hospital after operation, restoration of work capacity of the patient and a possibility of restoration of the active social status. |
