This work observes 11 orders of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, on the development of small and medium businesses. Disclosed problem of today’s business distrust to government support. It noted the importance of strengthening co-operation of banks and institutions of business development for the selection of investment projects, as it reduces time, increases reliability of selected projects and their viability. |
