In order to develop, firms use an ecosystem business model, which is based on the association of a large number of organizations around one strong company in order to comprehensively meet the needs of customers. This is accompanied by a powerful synergistic effect and brings benefits to all participants in its composition. However, since the formation of business ecosystems is a fairly new trend in economic realities, a deep study of a number of issues is required, one of which is the assessment of the effectiveness of their activities. |
