Description
Summary:
In article on the basis of expected data the analysis of a role of migration in the course of compensation of natural losses of the population in the forthcoming 18 years is made. Process of the second stage of depopulation in Russia will be reflected especially sharply in those regions of the country in which it is combined with migration outflow. In the foreseeable future only a number of the regions which are characterized by natural losses of the population have an opportunity to level it at the expense of a migration increase in population. Decrease in a compensation role of migration staticizes search of new more effective measures for demographic stabilization in the Russian Federation.
