description The purposes of the current study were.-1) to developa KWL Plus learning management with an efficiency of 75/75 for improving Mathayomsuksa 3 students’ analytical reading, 2) to compare the students’ analytical reading before and after learning with the developed learning management, and 3) tostudy students’ satisfaction toward the developed learning management. The cluster sampling method resulted in 38 samples who were Mathayomsuksa 3 students in 3/3 class of Huai Mek Wittayakhom school within the Kalasin Secondary Educational Service area. The instruments were. 1) a KWL Plus learning management with 6 learning plans of 12 hours, 2) an analytical reading test designed to have 30 full marks of 30 question items in the 4 multiple choice design and proved to have difficulty of 0.27-0.77, discrimination of0.20-0.67, and reliability of 0.72, 3) a 5 rating scale satisfaction questionnaire with 10 question items proved to have discrimination of 0.20-0.67 and reliability of.80.The data were analyzed using percentage, mean score, standard deviation, and t-test. The results of the study were as follows. 1. KWL Plus learning management for improving Mathayomsuksa 3 students’ analytical reading was found to have an efficiency of 79.19/81.05 reaching the criteria of 75/75. 2. The students’ analytical reading was significantly higher after learning with the developed learning management at a statistical level of 0.5. 3. The students’ satisfaction toward the developed learning management was found at a high level ( =4.06, S.D.=0.82)
