New gasphase method of the organochlorogermanes synthesis through the dichlorogermylene
Authors' investigation results of gas phase reaction of GeCl2 generated in GeCl4 – Si2Cl6 system with aryl-, alkyl- and alkenylchlorides, methyl-substituted benzene and unsaturated compounds have been summarized. Possible routes of organochlorogermane formation are discussed
