Result of one-year, prospective follow-up of intensive care unit survivors after SARS-CoV-2 pneumonia

Key Points The most interesting findings were that most patients showed an improvement in their DLCO at 3, 6, and 12 months, and all patients but one who normalized their DLCO did not deteriorate afterwards. Only 11% of patients had persistent impairment of DLCO at 1 year.
