The emphasis is placed on the proposals submitted to the Ukraine Parliament for improving the quality of legal education. The author defines the principal identity of legal education with other types of professional education, reveals the reasons for the attempts to reform higher legal education in Ukraine and concludes that it is inappropriate to legislatively affix the names of legal professions. |
