Description
Summary:The local agrarian development demands an integral look of all the resources that the inhabitants dispose to achieve goals toward the improvement of its quality of life, therefore, the assignment of weight of relative importance for the taking of decisions acquires a relevance in the agrarian projects of local development. The model for the taking of decisions in rural energy projects (SURE_DSS) implements an analysis of robustness of the community resources to assign weight of relative importance to maximize the energy capacities in the agricultural production chains in the community or region. The results are illustrated in the study of case of the rural community "4to Congreso" in the province of Sancti Spíritus, Cuba. It is concluded that the analysis of robustness shows its effectiveness when enabling the energy indicator transferred in function of the economic development (IETDE) with an appropriate capacity to processes of the chain of production of the coffee, allowing to specify to specify in which resources to assign bigger weight of relative importance with more effectiveness, in function of the objectives of the decisor for the improvement of the critical dimensions of the sustainable development.
