| Summary: | One of the strategic areas of innovation activity development in Russia is expansion of private capital participation in investment. The article studies the Russian practice of institutional forms of the closed end unit invest funds of venture investments (СEUIF VI). The place and functions of this mechanism in the system of innovations investment in Russia are determined. The work substantiates the conclusion on necessity to draw to the international practice of venture investment concerning the application of organizational-law form of the limited partnership as a prototype for development of «seed» venture funds and participation of individual private investors funds in their capital. |
