The place and functions of this mechanism in the system of innovations investment in Russia are determined. The work substantiates the conclusion on necessity to draw to the international practice of venture investment concerning the application of organizational-law form of the limited partnership as a prototype for development of «seed» venture funds and participation of individual private investors funds in their capital. |
