This protocol was carried out with the purpose of having a methodology for the certification of electromagnetic compatibility of medical electrical equipment, in relation to radiated emissions, in accordance with the provisions of the IEC 60601-1-2 and CISPR 11 standards. on telemedicine equipment in an anechoic chamber, with a spectrum analyzer connected to a biconical antenna (20 MHz to 200 MHz) and a log-periodic antenna (200 MHz to 1000 MHz). The distance of the measurements was 3 m, for which the emission limits of disturbances established by CISPR 11 were standardized. The noise levels found in the anechoic chamber were low. The tested equipment presented multiple emissions outside the allowed value. This is the first work in Colombia of radiated emissions from electromedical equipment in an anechoic chamber.
