Summary:This study aims to develop an IT communication model with knowledge management and organizational learning in the staff of Farhangian University. The method is a descriptive correlation based on structural equations. The statistical population is all the staff of Farhangian university of Tehran that were 220 people. According to the size of the society and its homogeneity in the type of employment, the society was divided into three classes, and according to the ratio of each class, the sample size was determined., the Torng & Lin`s (2005) IT questionnaire, organizational learning of Neefeh (2002), and Knowledge Management of Lawson (2003) have been used. Their validity was confirmed by experts and professors, and the reliability is in a preliminary study with 30 subjects and with Cronbach's alpha is calculated 0.95, 0.92, and 0.93. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov, modeling PLS and SPSS 21 software were used. The findings showed that there is a relationship between IT and knowledge management and organizational learning among the staff of Farhangian University, as well as between IT with knowledge management components (recognition of knowledge, knowledge acquisition, knowledge use, knowledge sharing, knowledge development, knowledge maintenance) and components of organizational learning (individual skills, mental models, common perspective, comprehension), and their relationship model has a good fit. Also, of 0.75, and mental models with coefficient of influence of 0.76. Considering the impact of IT on knowledge, using their communication model in planning and decision making of this university is recommended.
